Hypothesis
a supposition or proposed explanation made on the basis of limited evidence as a starting point for further investigation.
Prediction
a thing predicted a forecast.
Experiment
a scientific procedure undertaken to make a discovery, test a hypothesis, or demonstrate a known fact.
Variable
not consistent or having a fixed pattern; liable to change.
Experimental Group
a lower infection rate in the experimental group that received the vaccine.
Control Group
is an experiment or observation designed to minimize the effects of variables other than the independent variable.
Data
is defined as information collected using specific methods for a specific purpose of studying or analyzing.
Correlation
a mutual relationship or connection between two or more things.
Statistics
collecting, analyzing, presenting, and interpreting data
Mean
average value calculated by taking the sum of all values and dividing by the total number of values.
Distribution
The specific location or arrangement of continuing or successive objects or events in space or time
Probability
s used to measure the chances or likelihood of an event to occur, a hypothesis being correct, or a scientific prediction being true.
Observation
is the active acquisition of information from a primary source. In living beings, observation employs the senses.
Sample
is a representative subset of a population.
Risk
a situation involving exposure to danger.
