What is the kappa measurement? (p. 25)
The kappa measurement, or kappa statistic, is frequently used to test interrater reliability.
It was developed by Jacob Cohen in 1960, also called Cohen’s kappa.

What is meningismus? (p. 28)
A constellation of signs and symptoms (e.g., headache, neck stiffness) suggestive of meningitis, characterized by meningeal irritation without objective findings. Meningismus is more common in young patients with systemic infections.
