Is like vitamin b but is in a much larger group called B-complex vitamins. Helps release energy from food.
Thiamin
Vitamin B2 is the second member of the b-complex group. Forms coenzymes to help with the break down of carbohydrates
Bioflavin
Helps keep the nervous system, mouth, skin, tongue tract healthy
Niacin
Helps nerve tissues function normally
Vitamin B6
Another b-complex vitamin helps the body produce normal blood cells
Folate
