What are the types of hair and where are they found

A

Lanugo- hair on the fetus, extremely soft and downy
Vellus- Very fine, soft hair, found in areas not covered by terminal hair, usually
grows on the cheeks (peach fuzz)
Terminal- longer, courser hair found on the head, genitals, arms, and legs

Cilia- hair like extensions on the cells, moves cells, also makes up eyelashes
