What is Reconstruction?
Rebuilding the former confederate states and readmitting them to the Union
Compare Lincoln’s 10 Percent Plan with the Radical Republican plan.
The Lincoln’s 10% Plan wanted to be forgiving to the South while the Radical Republican Plan wanted a harsher readmission process
