Why is it important for you to understand basic business concepts? How does this understanding translate to your role as a Perioperative Nurse?
Enables nurses to plan safe and effective patient care that is also cost effective, more emphasis on productivity and efficiency. For my role, this means getting procedures started on time, completing procedure turn overs efficiently and having equipment ready.
