The employer must do everything in their power to provide a safe environment for employees.

Filing Government accident reports, maintaining records, ensuring that safety rules are enforced, posting safety motices and legislative information.
What are the rules of employees?
To ask questions, to take reasonable care to protect your own health and safety and your co-workers.

What are the three basic rights of employees?
Know the workplace safety hazards, to participate in the OHS(occ, health and safety council) process, to refuse unsafe work.
