  • Sampling distribution of 𝐷 be normally distributed
  • (N ≥ 30 or just assume for this class)
  • Participants are the same in each condition or are
    matched on a specific variable
  • IV is nominal and has two levels and DV is interval or
    ratio (Likert scales are interval)
