- Provide citations to legal authority
Jury Instructions
- Read by the court to the jury at the beginning and end of a case
- Provide the jury with the law to be applied to the facts
- Specially drafted by attorneys and provided to the court

True - makes them understandable given the fact of a particular case
Form Jury Instructions can change with developments in the law

- West publishes for federal jury instructions

- Resource to locate attorneys throughout the United States
- Publication includes the name, address, academic degrees, law school, law firm, and expertise for listed attorneys
- Not all attorneys are included
