The ability to manage themeslves and their relationships with others effectively chracterized by self-awareness, self-control and relationship building

Large scale unethical activity that follows recognizable prases of escalation
Transactional leaders
Someone who barters with their employees
Transformational leaders
Someone who strive to raise employee’s level of commitement and boster trust and motivation
Authentic Leaders
Who are passionate about their company, and form long-term relationship with employeees and other stakeholders
