A

When you add a person to the team, it does not simply just add one communication channel. Use the formula!

  • Create an agenda with team input
  • Distirbute the agenda beforehand
  • Stick to the agenda
  • Let attendees know their responsibilities in advance
  • Chair and lead the meeting with rules
  • Assign deliverables and time limits for all work assignments that result from meetings
  • Document and publish meeting minutes
