what determines the power of a muscle
the number of muscle cells that is found in the muscle. As muscle cell increase so does the threshold of power.
criteria in naming muscles
location or shape
palmaris longus
one of the flexor muscles of the forearm that helps with wrist flexion
flexor carpi ulnaris
superficial flexor muscle of the forearm that flexes and adducts the hand. most powerful wrist flexor
extensor carpi radialis brevis
muscle in forearm that acts to extend and abduct the wrist. Shorter and thicker than carpi radialis longus
