Intermediate License
must have successfully complete learner’s permit, and continue to ride with an adult and log hours
Full-privilege
successfully complete leaner’s permit and intermediate license

plan, build, and maintain the complex roadway systems
State Departments of Motor Vehicles

requires young drivers to go through a series of licensing stages
