Mitochondria is a part of an animal cell that is referred to as the powerhouse of the cell. I think it is given that name because it has a process called cellular respiration, which releases energy to the entire cell from food. Mitochondria looks like an long-oval shape which is shaped perfectly to maximize their productivity. Mitochondria are membrane-bound organelles.

A

The name of the green pigment found in plants that gives it its colour is Chlorophyll. Chlorophyll can be found in Chloroplasts, which does photosynthesis. Its main function is to absorb sunlight. The energy absorbed from the sunlight is transferred to energy. Through the photosynthesis, the plant uses the stored energy and converts carbon dioxide and water into glucose.

Cells are basic units of a living tissue, tissues are a group of cells and organs are a group of organ systems.
EXAMPLE : Respiratory system(lungs) for cells are epithelial cells. For tissue is connective tissue. For organ is lungs.
