Q

What is a closed and open skill continuum.

A

The closed-open continuum shows how skills range from predictable to unpredictable. Closed skills are stable predictable condition where nothing changes, like tenpin bowling.
-while open skills require reacting to changing factors, like in netball its unpredictable. Skills can shift, like batting with a T-stand (closed) vs. facing a live pitcher (open).

Q

Roles School play in performance

19
Q

What is modified sports.
