A state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing, and not merely, the absence of disease of infirmity
Healthy lifestyle
A lifestyle that contributes positively to physical, mental and social wellbeing, and included regular exercise and physical activity
Exercise
A form of physical activity which maintains or improves health and or physical fitness
Sedentary lifestyle
“A lifestyle with irregular to no physical activities” Consequences: •Weight gain •Heart disease •Hypertension •Diabetes •Poor sleep •Poor self esteem •Lethargy (tiredness)
Fitness
The ability to cope with everyday demands
Mental health and well-being
A state of wellbeing which every individual realised her own potential can cope with normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to her community

Social health and wellbeing
Basic human needs are being met (food, shelter and clothing). The individual has friendship and support, some value in society, is socially active and has little stress in social circumstances
