A

If someone is accused of something dangerous such as murder they will be put into prison until the next trial.

What is a bail?

A

It is when the accused has not done anything very dangerous, they go home but before they do that they have to pay 5000$ so they will come back. When they come back for the trial they will receive the 5000$ back. If they don’t come the 5000$ will be kept and the accused will be tracked down and brought back to court.

A

What is the judicial, legislative and executive arm?

A

The legislative arm is able to repeal, change or make new laws. It consists of the the House of Representatives and the house of senate as well as the governor general. The executive arm puts these laws into action, it is mainly led by the governor general. The judicial arm enforces the law and deals with isssues that may arise under that law.
