Absolute value
The absolute value of an integer is the distance the number is the zero on a number line.

It is the sum of any number and its additive inverse is 0.

Any number, negative or positive.
Negative integer
It is a negative number
Opposite
It is a number on the opposite side of a number line.

A pair of numbers.
Origin
The spot in which the number lines intersect.
Positive integer
A positive number.
Quadrant
A coordinate grid split into fourths.
X-Axis
A line on a coordinate grid that goes from left to right.
X-Coordinate
It corresponds to the X-Axis.
Y-Axis
It is a line that that goes from top to bottom.
