Often referred to as the act of reproduction
Sex
sex is something done for pleasure.

it is what drives people to do certain things that are associated with pleasure

produce egg cells which are fertilized by another sex cell and bears the offspring

produce the sperm cells to fertilize the egg cells.
Males
determines one’s sex. XX chromosome equates to female and XY chromosome equates to male. The combination of these chromosomes influences the genitalia and secondary sex characteristics of a person, and will determine whether a person will express as male or female.
Chromosome
primary organs used for reproduction (penis, testicles, vagina, uterus, etc.)
Genitalia
non-reproductive body parts distinct in males or females (body hair, breasts, Adam’s apple, muscles, etc.
Secondary Sex Characteristics
play a large part in the definition of one’s sex. The exposure to hormones in the womb affects how the human develops as a male or female.
Hormones
Also based on how people see themselves and, on their tendency, to act along either the masculine or the feminine line.
Gender
Is a socially learned behavior usually associated with one’s sex.
Gender
Social construct that determines one’s roles, expected values, behavior and interaction in relationships involving men and women.
Gender
the behavior that one associates with females, may not actually tied to a woman’s sex.
Femininity
is not connected to one’s gonads. The whole idea of being a man, therefore, is based on gender and the society’s belief in how a man should act, instead of just biological functions.
Masculinity
Process of learning and internalizing culturally approved ways of thinking, feeling and behaving
