    * it is the headquarters to determine if you are safe to learn, express emotions and fully experience your surroundings
  2. Pre-frontal cortex: Where you try to sort everything out; when we are learning, imaging, being mindful and present, our pre-frontal cortex is activated
    * it could be considered the personality islands of riley*
  3. Hippocampus: long term memory and integration of info learned
    * this is where joy and sadness went for the duration of the movie*
