Body image
The way you see your physical self. Improving body image can also improve the total way you see and feel about yourself
Cholesterol
Fat like substance found in the cells. Diets high in saturated fat can cause cholesterol levels to become too high. Cholesterol may collect in blood vessels and clog them.
Obesity
Excessive deposits of fat in your body. Metabolism slows down.
Health risk factors
Inactivity - limits your chance of being in charge of your life.
Obesity - excessive deposits of fat in body.
High levels of cholesterol - disease.
Stress & tension - unnecessary.
Smoking - circulatory and respiratory system problems.
Sex - men have higher rates.
Heredity - tend to develop same disease.
Age - older = body begins to break down.
Fad/Trend
Fad = popular, then stop. Trend = lasts for a long time.
Physical fitness
General state of health and well being. Determined by: condition of your heart and circulatory system, degree of flexibility, muscular system, and percentage of body fat
