You can change brokers at any time and it just takes
Two simple steps
In order to switch brokerage affiliation:
You must terminate your relationship with
Current Broker
In order to switch brokerage affiliation:
Establish a relationship with
New Broker
The transfer of your license from the Current Broker to the New Broker must be conducted through
VREB
Once the VREB reviews the application transfer form and sends it to the new broker you will receive a
New pocket card.
The transfer can take place by downloading the form from the VREB
Website
The VREB transfer fee is
$60
Previous broker must send form to the VREB with
Termination Date
–AND–
Principal Brokers signature
Previous Broker:
The VREB requires that the termination notice be sent by
Certified Mail
Previous Broker:
The VREB requirers that the termination notice must be received within
10 Days
Concurrent Licenses - licensed broker for 1 firm | associate broker for another firm IF:

Broker’s license
Concurrent Licenses - licensed broker for 1 firm | associate broker for another firm IF:
Submit an application to the VREB with the a fee of
$140
Concurrent Licenses - licensed broker for 1 firm | associate broker for another firm IF:
A form is provided to the VREB verifying that the broker’s concurrent status is known by
