(Inter)dentalization

A

Some (or all) sibilants (/s, z, ʃ, ɝ, ʒ, tʃ, dʒ/) are replaced by interdental fricatives [θ, ð] (interdentalization); or alveolar sounds, particularly sibilants /s, z/ are produced with the tongue tip tightly against the top front teeth (dentalization)
