A
A way to assess individual reaction to change and how much power one has over life events
- external: belief that events in one’s life occurs regardless of their own efforts (good/bad luck)
- internal: belief that events in one’s life is largely up to oneself (everything happens for a reason)

- be responsible for own motivation and morale
- keep an open mind and use change to your benefit
