the circuit consist of:
- ammeter
- wire
- voltameter across the wire
measurement:
- measure the diameter of the wire along the wire and work out the average.
- measure p.d.
- measure current.
- vary the length of the wire to vary p.d. and current then work out the resistance.
- plot a graph of Resistance across length
gradient = P/A
