Getting people to engage to achieve the goal, how to make them motivated

Ensure that the goal has been met. If we can’t achieve the goal we go back to the planning process

Responsible for overall performance of the firm, how to achieve the overall goals + identifying problems, organizing direction of the company

Ability to think analytically and achieve integrative problem solving (big picture)

Ability to work well in cooperation with other persons (connect)

Ability to apply expertise and perform a special task with proficiency (apply expertise)
