Skinfold, BMI, BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis)
What are some guidelines that can help you manage your body weight?
Eating plan with the same amount as your calorie intake
What is the best way to lose weight?
Reduce calorie intake and increase calorie expenditure
What are some foods that should be included in a weight loss plan?
Vegetables, fruits, and whole grain products
List some ways a person can gain weight.
Eat more calories than your physical activity level, eat more than the minimum number of servings, complex carbohydrates, etc
