practicing what you preach.
Trait approach
Personality is a collection of traits or personal characteristics.
Introversion
Not friendly, sociable, outgoing, or talkative. Interested in self.
Extraversion
Friendly, Sociable, outgoing, and talkative. Seeks friends.
