anger, frustration, anxiety, grief, depression

excitement, exhilaration, happiness
Externalized emotions
overtly acting out, disruptive
may have high self esteem
Internalized emotions
children tuck away emotions

Pro social behavior
empathy and sympathy
caring about others and acting on that care by helping when necessary

being able to put yourself in someone else shoes, understand another’s feelings

cannot fully relate but still feel bad for someone
Altruism
complete selfless behavior, helping without and motivation
Aggression
antisocial behavior, driven by emotions
Instrumental aggression
harmful actions in pursuit of a goal
