When creating cardiorespiratory training sessions, it should include the following phases…
Warm up
Conditioning
Cool down
How long should a warm up be?
5-10min
Warm up for stabilization level client…
30 seconds for each muscle and then 5-10 min of cardio
Warm up for strength level client…
30 seconds of each muscle of self-myofascial release.
1-2 seconds, 5-10 reps for each muscle of stretching
5-10 min cardio
Warm up for the power level client
Self myofascial release- 30 seconds for each muscle
Dynamic stretching- 10 reps of each side.
Ex: single leg squat
