- 10 African countries ( Chad, Central African Republic, Congo Democratic Republic, Somalia, Uganda, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Madagascar)
- 3 Asian countries ( Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and North Korea)
- 1 Middle East country (Yemen)
- One Caribbean country ( Haiti )
They do not have enough food supply for their people as the food is unevenly distributed.

Elaborate on MDCs and LDCs food supply.

MDCs: Have a food surplus -> Waste of food.
LDCs: -> Have a food deficit -> Malnutrition, underweight and hunger.

Describe the relationship between the level of economic development of a country and its risk of food insecurity.
A
Negatively related. Countries with a higher level of economic development have a lower risk of food security.
