What does the general duty clause state?

informed?

What are OSHA’s reporting requirements?
Small (<11 workers) businesses must report fatalities and multiple hospitalization incidents. Fatalities and hospitalizations of 3+ workers due to a work related accident must be reported within 8 hours of knowing.
Work related incidences that result in on of the following must be reported.
● Death ● Loss of consciousness ● Days away from work ● Restricted work activity ● Job transfer ● Medical treatment beyond fi rst aid ● Diagnosed by a physician or other licensed health care professional ● Cancer-related illnesses ● Chronic irreversible diseases ● Fractured or cracked bone ● Punctured eardrum ● Other special conditions
