What are the 5 Cultural Dimensions according to Hofstede and what does each indicate about a particular culture?
Professor from the Netherlands and in the 1980s he published an important book called Cultural Dimensions, where he proposed that we compare cultures numerically using a scale. He said a culture can be labeled by one of the five different indexes.
