-LIVER: chicken, turkey, goose

-foods high in VITAMIN C (citrus fruits, tomatoes, melons, strawberries) and HEME IRON ( meats)
What foods DECREASE absorption of IRON?
-bran
-tea
-coffee
-milk
-oxalates (in spinach and swiss chard)
-egg yolk
