Formal vs. informal, retroactive vs. prospective, regulation of self vs. others.
Where is the deviance dance reflected?
Different points of view, debates, and resistance.
What are 3 human rights?
Human dignity (treated with respect), freedom from discrimination (prohibition of differential treatment), and security of person and property.
What limits are there on freedom of expression?
People can’t spread hate.
What is the Human Rights Watch?
An independent organization that investigates human rights violations.
