fingers on lateral masses and SB head (feel translation)
HR if one stuck
C/s manual traction
web space of hand on affected level
distract occiput away

push down on arms and distract head

50/50 hold 90-120s or until release

hold head and thumb on 1/3 clavicle
SB away and rotate toward tx side
HR by SB to tx side
Posterior scalene HR
hold head and thumb on 2/3 clavicle
SB and rotate away
HR by SB to tx side
