Neck extension plus rotation
Jackson’s Test
Rotation and Compression which Compresses the intervertebral foramina on the same side as the rotation
Spurling’s Test
Lateral flexion + compression
Causes maximal foraminal compression
Cervical Distraction
Distraction of cervical spine would decrease neurological sx of foraminal stenosis
Valsalva
take a deep breath and hold it while bearing down, as if moving the bowels

Shoulder depression and abduction(110°), elbow extension, supination, wrist extension, finger extension, contralateral flexion of c/s
ULTT 2
Shoulder depression and abduction(10°) and external rotation, elbow extension, supination, wrist extension, finger extension,contralateral flexion of c/s

Shoulder depression and abduction (10°) and internal rotation, elbow extension, pronation, wrist flexion and ulnar deviation, finger flexion, contralateral c/s flexion

Shoulder depression and abduction (hand to ear), elbow flexion, supination, wrist extension and radial deviation, finger extension, contralateral c/s flexion
