Hx of painless cervical dilation in the mid second trimester

Painless cervical dilation (1-4 cm)
*Does not need hx of preterm birth

- Hx of preterm delivery < 34 weeks
- Cervical length < 24 mm by US
- Between 16-24 weeks gestation
