A

Speech: scanning dysarthria
Eyes: nystagmus (fast phase towards the lesion)
Outstretched arm: rebound phenomenon
Upper limb: hypotonia, hyporeflexia, finger-nose, dysdiadokinesia
Lower limb: wide based gait, heel-shin, foot tapping
