Q
How does a Plant Cell differ from an Animal Cell?
A
- Plant Cells have JUST 70s Ribosomes and NO 80s
- Cell Wall present- provides protection and support
- Larger Vacuole accounting for 90% of Cell Volume
- Chloroplast present- Flattened sacs called Thylakoids that are stacked into Grana and contain Chlorophyll in which the process of Photosynthesis occurs.
- No Centriole usually
