One hand on the neck the other hand on the base of the microscope.
How do you focus on a microscope
- Focus in on low power mode and use the Coarse adjustment knob, and the fine adjustment knob to fine tune.
- Focus on medium and high power use fine adjustment knob
What cell organelle allows substance to pass in and out?
Cell membrane allows water to pass in and out without using energy

Good- See specimen larger or more zoomed in
Bad- Blurry picture, can’t see as much of the specimen.
