Where would you find submittal requirements?
Project specifications. Submittals are generally required for natural materials, items that are provided on a design-build basis (curtain walls, casework, paneling) and steel framing systems.

False. The architect can hold the consultant responsible but it has no bearing on the owner/architect agreement.

Bonus Provision
Payment to the contractor if work is completed before the deadline.
