What are three changes between CDM 2007 and 2015
A
- CDM coordinator no longer a role. Principal designer introduced
- Domestic jobs now need to comply with the regulations
- notifiable 2007 30 days OR 500 person day; 2015 30 days with 20 people on site at any time OR 500 person days

An F10 must be raised with the HSE

A
As required under CDM 2015 schedule 1:
- Name, address, number, and email of the client, PD, and PC
- Planned start date and project duration
- The type of work
- the maximum number of people on site

What is required to be provided under Schedule 2 of CDM 2015?
A
- Sanitary and wash facilities
- Drinking water
- Resting place with: area to boil water; space to prepare and eat food; maintained at an appropriate temperature

- Plan, manage, monitor H&S pre-contract
- Review and maintain H&S file

What is the Principal Contractors role?
A
- Plan, manage, monitor H&S on site
- If the PD’s role ends before completion, the PC will review and maintain the H&S file
