Onset- when, has it occurred before
Location- where
Duration- how long has CC lasted, recent/chronic, worsening
Characteristics- CC descriptive words
Aggravating/alleviating- Better/worse
Radiation-Does CC move
Timing- Constant, comes and goes
Severity- pain scale
