Limitation - Despite being recommended by NICE there is lack of availability
Estimated that only 1/10 of those who would benefit from CBT have access to it
Survey by HADDOCK found 187 randomly selected patients with diagnosis of SZ only 13 offered CBT
Lots failed to attend or refuse treatment
