Goals?
To change the way of client think, using their automatic thoughts to reach the core schemata, then begin to introduce the idea of schema restructuring.
Conditions?
1.Therapist and client work together, by trust, mutual respect, shared goals.
2.Therapist takes active role, guiding sessions and teach specific techniques.
Interventions?
Based on the client’s presenting concerns, therapist works with them to determine the best therapies, and they both implement and assess their efficacy.
