A

Cushing’s disease: pituitary ACTH-secreting adenoma (most common endogenous)
Adrenal adenoma/carcinoma (↑ cortisol)

Weight gain
Thin skin, purple striae, easy bruising

24-hr urinary free cortisol
Imaging: MRI pituitary, CT adrenal

Surgical removal of tumor (pituitary or adrenal)
