Q

Radial tunnel syndrome vs. radial nerve compression in the mid-arm

A

No damage to extensor carpi radialis longus in radial tunnel syndrome because no damage to radial nerve until past where branch to extensor carpi radialis longus is

Q

In primary vs. secondary bone healing, which stage is different?

A

Second stage, reparative stage is different (primary healing is just periosteum –> osteoblasts –> bony collar but secondary healing is hematoma –> granulation tissue –> soft callus (cartilage) –> bone callus)

First and third stages (inflammation and remodeling) are same
