motion testing-exhalation restriction
spring/backbend test positive
sulcus posterior/shallow bilaterally
ILA anterior/superior bilaterall
obliques negative
Treat a bilateral sacral extension with MET
pt prone
abduct the legs will monitoring at the SI joint
Pt in TV position
ER legs
Aply anterior/inferior force and encourage in exhalation and resist in inhlaation
reassess

lateral and medial meniscus
ACL/PCL
popliteus
Treat the popliteus CS
Treat PCL CS
pt prone
knee flexed and tibia IR
EST pain scale and hold 90s
Pt supine
pillow under calf
apply force to distal femur and move it posteriorly on tibia
est pain scale and hodl 90s
Teach TFL stretch
lie flat on table with arms stretched out
extend thigh and adduct over other thigh at 90’ angle
