Treat AC8 TP with CS
A
poke the clavicular insertion of SCM muscle near the sternal notch
Put into FSARA
PAIN scale and hold for 90s
(make sure to check ant and post TP before diagnosing)

Treat upper Thoracic SD with FPR
A
Dx T2 RrSr
Tx T2 RrSr
pt seated with doc behind
monitor segment with one hand and other hand on top of head
Have pt extend head o neutralize curve
add <1lb pressure and put into position of ease
hold 3-5s
return to neutral and reasses

Teach LS stretch
A
Have pt sit with hand behind on table
other hand on head and pull down
